Marty Pelosi, Owner

Marty’s flooring career began as an installer at age 16 in Brooklyn.

Over the years he acquired an expertise in all aspects of flooring

selection and installation for commercial and residential use.

Primarily involved in the commercial division, Marty has supplied

flooring to many public and private schools, hospitals, libraries, car

dealerships and many other businesses.

Originally from New York, Marty and his family have lived in the

Ramtown section of Howell for over 20 years. He is a yoga and

martial arts enthusiast as well as a certified meditation instructor.

Jackie Pelosi, Accounting/Office Manager

Jackie, along with her husband Marty, has worked at Ramtown Carpet One for over 20 years. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, balance statements, and office supply stocking.  Prior to Ramtown, Jackie worked at Merrill Lynch in the foreign exchange department.

In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, traveling, reading, and journaling.

Nancy Raffele, Retail Manager

Joining Ramtown Floors in 1999, Nancy began in sales and then became manager  of the retail division while the store was originally located in the Ramtown section of Howell.In addition to her broad scale knowledge of all aspects of floor selection, her  training in art and design help as she guides customers in their choices for the best flooring for their lifestyles and décor. Nancy is certified in Flooring Consultation and Design.

When not working or with her family in Toms River, Nancy can be found trying her luck at the area’s Bingo Halls.

Joe Albanese, Operations Manager/Commercial Estimator

Joe manages many of Ramtowns’ commercial projects from estimates to installations and is a Certified Flooring Consultant. In addition, he is invaluable as the “go to” man for in-house IT issues and is also responsible for inventory and warehouse operations. He holds certifications in Flooring Consultation and Design.

Joe has lived in the area with his family for a long time and therefore is well versed in where to find the best hot dogs and pizza in the area.

Tom Scarano, Customer Relations/Installations Manager

The Ramtown commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is Tommy’s primary responsibility. In addition to scheduling retail installations, Tommy follows up each sale and installation to ensure that the customers experience is positive.  Thirty years as an installer and the certifications as a Flooring Expert, Design Consultant and Installation Excellence have prepared him to help customers ease through their flooring projects.

Originally from Woodbridge, Tommy has lived in the Ramtown section of Howell for over 20 years with his wife, daughter and three cats.
